Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations within the Supply Processing Department, ensuring regulatory compliance, sterilization quality assurance, instrumentation management, and inventory control across procedural areas.
- Supervise certified technicians, coordinate staffing and productivity, oversee emergency cart readiness, manage instrumentation repairs and vendor trays, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with surgeons, nurses, infection prevention, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless surgical support.
