Pay Rate: $41-52/hr
Key Responsibilities:Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Hospital, or Outpatient Clinic.
May involve prolonged standing, lifting, and assisting patients with mobility.
