Zenara Health is seeking a warm, articulate Clinical Concierge to support psychiatrists and mental health clinicians as they start using Zenara Assess. You’ll run short Microsoft Teams onboarding calls, guide users through a demo, and ensure questions are routed properly, always keeping the experience human and helpful.
You’ll also follow up after early Assess reports, assist users in getting the most value from Assess, and provide light inbound coverage in the US afternoon window.
