Clinical Supervisor - IL - LCPC or LCSW

Can supervise fully remote from any location within the state of IL; however, must reside permanently within the state of IL

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions with patients in Illinois.

A mix of telehealth sessions and face-to-face sessions with patients is available at the following locations:

• Evergreen Park, IL
• Joliet, IL
• Woodridge, IL

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — LCPC or LCSW
• Consistently available to clients
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.
• Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week (not a supervision-only position)
• Willingness to provide documentation oversight
• Coaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinician
• Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
• Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
• Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.

• A qualified supervisor means any person who is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical psychologist, or psychiatrist as defined in Section 1-121 of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. If supervision took place outside Illinois, the supervisor shall be a master’s level or doctoral level counselor engaged in clinical professional counseling, clinical social work, clinical psychology or psychiatry.
  
  The supervisor shall hold an active license if the jurisdiction in which the supervisor practices requires licensure. (68 Ill. Admin. Code )

• Only experience supervised by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be acceptable to meet the professional experience requirement. If supervision was in another jurisdiction in which clinical social workers are not licensed, the supervisor shall have been engaged in clinical social work and be credentialed at the highest level required by that jurisdiction.
