Schedule: Availability needed primarily Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 PMPacific Time
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our multidisciplinary telehealth this remote role, you will provide virtual occupational therapy services to children and adults throughout California under the supervision of a licensed
Occupational Therapist (OT).
You will support clients with a variety of functional needs,including fine-motor development, sensory-processing differences, self-care anddaily living skills, visual-motor integration, executive functioning,developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and adaptive skill development.
What You’ll Do- Provide individualized virtual occupational therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Implement established treatment plans, therapeutic activities, and home-program recommendations
- Deliver engaging, client-centered telehealthsessions, typically a clinical hour, 45/60 minutes
- Support clients in developing functional skills related to activities of daily living, fine-motor coordination, sensoryregulation, play, school participation, feeding, and communityparticipation
- Adapt activities and interventions to meet each client’s developmental level, goals, environment, and family needs
- Complete accurate, timely daily documentation in Fusion by Ensora Health
- Communicate with supervising OTs regarding client progress, clinical needs, scheduling, and care coordination
- Collaborate with OTs, Speech-Language Pathologists,ABA providers, caregivers, educators, and other members of the care team
- Provide caregiver education, coaching, andhome-program support as appropriate
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education meetings
- Maintain HIPAA, ethical, professional, and documentation standards
- Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- At least 2 years of pediatric occupational therapyexperience
- Availability to provide services during agreed-uponhours, primarily Monday through Friday between 2:00–5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Experience using telehealth platforms, Zoom
- Strong communication, organization, documentation,and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage scheduling and documentation responsibilities
- Ability to follow OT-directed treatment plans and communicate effectively regarding client progress and clinical needs
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer withaudio/video capability, and a private workspace appropriate for telehealthservices
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited
Occupational Therapy Assistant program - Experience serving both pediatric and adult clients
- Experience supporting clients with sensory-processingneeds, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and executive-functioning challenges
- Experience providing caregiver coaching and homeprogramming
- Prior telehealth experience
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary care teams
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

This is a 1099 independent contractor position and does not include employee benefits. Contractors are responsible for their own federal and state tax obligations, professional licensure, computer equipment, internetservice, and private telehealth workspace. Equipment and internet expenses arenot reimbursed.
