Hop is seeking an experienced recruiter to close elite technical roles while integrating AI into the recruiting workflow. You’ll work with Fortune 500s and top startups, testing Moon Engine and shaping AI-enabled hiring as we onboard clients to the platform.
You’ll lead complex searches for senior talent, manage client and candidate relationships, and contribute to product decisions as Moon Engine launches. This is a hands-on, growth-driven role.
