Schedule:

12pm-9pm PST (Flexible scheduling with some PST overlap)

Salary Range: $6,250-$8,300 Monthly base with high comms earning potential up to 50% of your salary (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

We are seeking a strong and motivated Recruiter to work directly with exceptional candidates. This role will give you the opportunity to engage with top talent and leading start‑ups in the AI space.

• Communicate with top talent via email, phone, and video calls.
• Understand candidates’ skills, experiences, and career goals to match them with the perfect opportunities in our network.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies in our network to understand their hiring needs.

You will primarily focus on software engineers and GTM (Go‑to‑Market) talent in the US. As part of our early‑stage team, you will work closely with the founders and gain hands‑on experience in building and scaling an AI start‑up.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, or sales (e.g., managing lead lists, sourcing, or interviewing candidates).
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with US clients, ideally as part of a US boutique firm.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• Comfortable working in a start‑up setting with scrappy processes and evolving structures.
