We're looking for a hands‑on HRBP / VP of HR to join our Senior Leadership team and build and scale the people function s isn't a policy‑and-paperwork role. You'll be a trusted coach to our executive and C‑suite leaders, the architect of our HR infrastructure, and the driver of how we develop talent across the organization. You'll operate at both the strategic and tactical level: shaping culture and designing systems one day, rolling up your sleeves to execute the work alongside your team the next.

This role will lead a small HR team, with oversight of our full HR function:
Strategic HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.

• Build core HR infrastructure from the ground up — job architecture, annual performance review processes, and commission plan design
• Drive and shape company culture as we scale across multiple brands and divisions
• Help lead the transformation of our six separate brands into one Elite

• Design and implement learning and talent development programs, including virtual/remote learning delivery
