    .
  • Build low‑code automations in n8n (triggers, data piping, guardrails) and connect tools via Libre Chat to streamline internal requests.
  • Configure use cases (clause detection, playbook application, review assistance), optimize routing, and set governance for Jurist outputs.
  • Partner with legal stakeholders to align AI assistance with policy, risk posture, and playbooks
    .
  • Author, test, and maintain prompts for common legal tasks; build a versioned prompt library with metadata (use case, inputs, output format, risk level).
  • Establish quality standards (hallucination checks, red‑team tests, sample sets) and a maintenance cadence
    .
  • Configure Glean
/enterprise search for legal‑source systems; enforce access controls and data hygiene.
  • Define
    usage policies
    , approval gates
    , and audit trails
; partner with Privacy/Sec Ops for data handling, PII/PHI safeguards, and retention.
  • Create
    playbooks, SOPs, and quick‑reference guides
; deliver training for attorneys, paralegals, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Track
cycle time, touch time, AI‑assist adoption
, and quality metrics; publish monthly insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years in Legal Operations (contracting, intake, playbooks, CLM).
  • Hands‑on with Ironclad (and specifically Jurist or similar AI review tools).
  • Comfortable with low‑code workflow tools (
    n8n
) and tool orchestration via Libre Chat (no full‑stack coding required).
  • Experience designing prompts
    , evaluating outputs
    , and maintaining prompt libraries
    .
  • Strong process mapping
, stakeholder management, and change enablement skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy
, confidentiality, and legal risk controls.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Prior CLM migration/optimization work (Ironclad, Docu Sign CLM, Agiloft, etc.).
  • Experience with enterprise search/knowledge (
    Glean
    ) and role‑based access control.
  • Exposure to intake portals
, ticketing, and approval routing (e.g., JSM/Service Now).
Core Tools & Environment (Ironclad Jurist + one or more of n8n, Libre Chat, or Glean)
  • n8n (low‑code workflow automation)
  • Libre Chat (tool connector / chat orchestration)
