Sr. Technical Product Manager

This job is fully remote. Must be a Green Card Holder or US Citizen. Must have Current Mortgage experience and LOS experience.

• Own Lending Operation product backlog; collaborate with business stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize features.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with internal teams to document and translate business requirements.
• Provide hands‑on solution design guidance and ensure proposed features support strategic objectives.
• Serve as the product owner in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring dependencies and release schedules are well communicated.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and business expectations.
• Measure success of features and functionality through KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Research emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms, to identify innovative product opportunities and enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery roles, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing business analysts or product managers.
• Strong understanding of LOS platforms, and consumer portals.
• Experience defining solutions for digital platforms in mortgage or financial services.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
• Own and drive key company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology solutions, and cross-functional execution.
• Research emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms, to identify innovative product opportunities and enhancements.
• Travel as needed to meet with business stakeholders and attend major industry conferences, representing the company and staying abreast of innovation trends.
