Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive insights that improve product performance and advertiser outcomes.
• Support product decision‑making by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify new features and signals that improve the DS models.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for A/B testing, feature rollouts, and model evaluations.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering & Business teams and ensure we drive actual business value.
• Drive adoption of tools and methodologies like PowerBI, log‑based data analysis, and experimental statistics.

• Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholder teams (Product, DS, Engineering, Business) to prioritize and deliver innovative solutions across projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and analysis results effectively to technical and less technical stakeholders.
• An interest in data, metrics, analysis, and trends from the mindset of helping a customer‑centric business.
• Know when to apply statistical measurement vs 80‑20 analysis for business growth.
• Strong foundation in statistics and predictive modeling, including A/B testing.
• 3+ years of overall work experience within a Tech/Analytics/Start‑ups.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a product analyst, business analyst or statistical analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, PowerBI.
