Our Client, a Japanese Manufacturer is looking for an In‑house IT specialist.

Full time / Direct hire Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and end‑user systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Lead or participate in IT infrastructure and system implementation projects
- Manage system updates, security, backups, and disaster recovery activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support business operations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and IT standards
- Identify opportunities to improve IT performance, security, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of corporate IT experience
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure, networking, desktop support, cloud technologies, and IT operations
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and networking preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Japanese language skills are a plus but not required
