Implementation Project Manager

Successfully coordinate and manage physical IT deployment initiatives from planning through execution.

Key experience we are targeting:

• Experience managing IT hardware deployment, desktop refresh, site rollout, relocation, or technology implementation projects.
• Ability to coordinate new site openings, office expansions, equipment deployments, workstation setups, and related technology rollouts.
• Strong project planning experience including schedules, milestones, resource coordination, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience working with field technicians, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment activities while tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with experience providing project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting healthcare environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hardware deployment life cycles, asset management, workstation rollouts, network readiness activities, and production cutovers is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage IT implementation projects
• Lead cross-functional project activities
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies
• Manage stakeholder communications and status reporting
• Coordinate vendor activities and issue resolution
• Support change management and production deployment processes
• Track budgets, project deliverables, and resource allocation
