The Data Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision making across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product Management, and Executive Leadership. This role will oversee the integration of syndicated market data and internal business data across multiple systems and business units, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth, margin expansion, customer success, and operational excellence.

The Manager will lead the design and implementation of scalable reporting processes, advanced analytics, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance measurement frameworks. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations while developing a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

Success in this role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Develop and execute the organization's analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts responsible for reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics.
• Establish best practices for data governance, reporting standards, analytical methodologies, and performance measurement.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and business challenges where analytics can drive value.
• Prioritize analytics initiatives and allocate resources to maximize business impact.

• Oversee the integration and management of data across multiple ERP systems, business units, and external data sources.
• Drive the creation and maintenance of scalable data models and consolidated reporting structures.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and governance across all reporting and analytical platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, and other functions to improve data architecture and accessibility.

• Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pricing effectiveness, profitability, market trends, and operational KPIs.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate and meaningful business performance metrics.
