Functional Consultant EIS (Insurance Suite)
Location:
Remote
Experience: 5–10 years (Insurance domain + EIS platform)
Type: Full-time | Offshore | US hours overlap
About the Role
Support a greenfield EIS Core Insurance Suite (One Suite) implementation for Insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as functional SME for Policy Core, Billing Core, or Claim Core
- Configure/validate business rules in Product Studio, Web Studio, and OpenL (rating, eligibility, benefit calc, offsets)
- Translate business/actuarial requirements into EIS configuration specs; review configs pre-deployment
- Support UAT scenario design, business-user walkthroughs, and defect triage
- Validate claims/billing calculations against independent actuarial references
- Document functional specs and rule traceability to source (EIS Manual, Doc Hub, client references)
Required Skills
- 5+ years in insurance/group benefits (Life, Disability, Accident, CI, HI, or HSA/FSA)
- Hands‑on EIS configuration experience (Product Studio, Web Studio, OpenL Tablets)
- Strong grasp of quote issue endorse claim pay lifecycle
- Familiarity with US state‑specific regulatory variation and compliance (HSA/FSA, FMLA)
- Experience with claims/benefit calculation and offset/CAP rules (STD/LTD a plus)
- Agile/SAFe delivery experience; strong stakeholder communication with US teams
Good to Have
- Greenfield EIS implementation experience
- Flowable BPMN exposure
- UAT scenario authoring experience
- Insurance certification (LOMA, AINS, or equivalent)
