Community Legal Services (CLS) is seeking a service-minded, mission-driven Helpline Intake Specialist to support its twelve-county service area in Central Florida. You will review requests, conduct intakes, and determine eligibility while coordinating with Helpline attorneys and other departments to transfer cases as needed.
The role requires high attention to detail, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with nonprofit/legal aid environments.
