Key Responsibilities Oversee title production, vendor management, and post-closing services Manage high-volume production and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Develop and implement processes, procedures, and new production platforms

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience Ten or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending production, focusing on title, escrow, closing, and funding National title underwriting experience Ten or more years of experience in a leadership role Licensed title agent
