Our client is seeking a Billing Supervisor to join their team. This role can work remotely, as long as the person is based out of Florida or Texas.
Responsibilities- Review and approve invoices, credit notes, adjustments, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and relevant regulations.
- Supervise daily billing operations and ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Oversee a team of 2-4 people.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- 3+ years of experience in Billing
- 1+ year of experience as a manager/lead
- Experience with Net Suite is required
- Must live in the state of Florida or Texas
The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
