The VP of Last Mile is the strategic architect of our delivery ecosystem, bridging our physical operation to Veho's marketplace – building seamless and delightful experiences for the end consumer. As the leader of this team, you will lead the "Biz Tech" engine that powers our core value proposition: ensuring every parcel is routed efficiently, every driver is empowered to succeed, and every customer experience raises the bar.

You will synchronize marketplace dynamics with algorithmic routing to build the most reliable, most efficient, and most scalable last-mile network in the industry.

Required Experience:

• Deep and hands-on knowledge working in tech, product management and operations environments
• Experience owning and managing a large (>$50M) P&L or budget
• Understanding of the practical realities of working with independent contractors
• Prior roles have involved some component of territory management and rapid market expansion
• Managed or closely partnered with customer support or similar teams
• Deep expertise in the complex unit economics of a marketplace business, ideally with a gig economy component.

Compensation: $270,000 to $300,000 range
