Assistant Store Manager – Operations

A Victoria's Secret & Co Assistant Store Manager – Operations is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role translates store strategy into daily execution, coaches leaders, and helps drive store-wide performance and consistency. They are a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer experience execution across all brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and emotional connection
• Leadership development of Managers, including coaching, performance management, and talent progression
• Sales floor execution through Head Coach leadership, driving behaviors that deliver top-line results
• Translation of store strategy into clear priorities and expectations across teams
• Partnership with Operations to ensure store readiness enables the customer experience
• Talent lifecycle ownership (hiring, development, performance management) alongside the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including Managers and/or Supervisors

• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
