Open Loop Health is hiring a Manager, Training & Enablement to own the training framework for Patient Services across client programs. You will design and implement the train-the-trainer model with international partners, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable outcomes.
You will also build the reinforcement layer to verify training impact and drive improvements. You will lead a fast-moving team, partner with operations and clinical teams, and ensure HIPAA/PHI standards are upheld.
