- Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites & Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff
- Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and discipline.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labour regulations
- Support in client meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Assist in cost control, material management, and budgeting.
- Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations
- Manpower handling & site coordination & Client relationship management
- Good communication & leadership skills& Basic knowledge of labour laws & compliance
- Problem-solving & decision-making abilities& Proficiency in MS Office / MIS reporting
