Senior Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee complex project delivery from order review through closeout, ensuring work is aligned with customer expectations, budget targets, and internal execution plans.

The Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional resources, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Success in this role will be measured by disciplined project control, timely issue resolution, and strong long-term service delivery outcomes.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,100 – $190,200 annually

• Perform customer order reviews and compare them against project quotes
• Lead internal and customer project kickoff meetings
• Coordinate all project-related activities and resources
• Monitor project spending against budget
• Draft internal and external meeting summaries
• Produce project post-mortem analysis reports
• Manage long-term service project delivery and deficiencies

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively
