Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will oversee complex federal IT program execution in a highly structured contractor environment. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while driving schedule discipline, performance tracking, and proactive issue management. This position also requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams and close coordination with senior government stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

• Lead task order execution across diverse program activities
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for stakeholders
• Develop and execute the Contractor Project Management Plan
• Monitor performance and communicate deviations promptly
• Oversee program schedules and critical path management
• Manage contractor performance against established objectives
• Champion continuous process improvement and automation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience managing federal IT programs
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong background in project management documentation
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
• Effective communication skills with senior government stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and program management tools
