Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance-based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding those standards.

The full selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. The tryout provides a realistic job preview to better understand the work environment, work activities, and performance expectations. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the job tryout. Not all applicants will progress through the entire selection process; only those identified as most qualified for the job will be invited to the next step.

Base salary ranges between $17.70 – $20.65 per hour, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience and training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
