• CMM Programming & Operation:
  Program and operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS (or similar software) to inspect CNC-machined parts and ensure they meet stringent aerospace and defense standards.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct in-process and final inspections, adhering to GD&T specifications and ASME 14.5/Y standards.
• First Article Test Reports:
  Prepare and review FATRs to ensure first-run parts align with customer requirements.
• Blueprint Mastery:
  Read and interpret complex engineering drawings with precision and expertise.
• Problem Solving:
  Anticipate and address potential inspection or programming issues to maintain smooth production workflows.

  Work closely with machinists, operators, and quality inspectors to uphold product quality and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Process Documentation:
  Maintain thorough and accurate records of inspections, calibrations, and test results to comply with internal and customer standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Suggest and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality.

• Experience:
  
  At least 3 years as a CMM Programmer/Operator in high-precision industries.
• Technical Expertise:
  Proficiency in PC-DMIS software, GD&T (ASME 14.5/Y), and calibration processes.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Hands-on experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Exceptional attention to detail to meet the tight tolerances required for aerospace components.
• Team Player:
  Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility:
  Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.

• Familiarity with late-model CNC equipment such as Mori Seiki, Fadal, Star, Flow, Amada, and Mitsubishi.
• Previous experience calibrating and operating CMM equipment in a certified quality environment.
