Automation & Mechatronics Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
gpac is working with a well-established, family-owned food manufacturer in Bergen County, New Jersey, that has been in business for more than 35 years. As the company continues to grow, they're looking to hire Electrical Technicians on both DAY and NIGHT shifts.
This company has grown into a multi-brand manufacturer serving retail, food service, and private-label customers, and continues to expand its product lines and retail presence. Inside the plant, you'll find a highly automated operation with everything from robotics and PLC-controlled equipment to packaging, cooking, freezing, and material-handling systems.
SHIFT & PAY- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $25-$40/hour
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM | $30-$45/hour

- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and controls problems independentlyPLC, VFD, motor-control, and automation experience strongly preferred
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a big plus
- NJ electrical license, journeyman card, or apprentice registration is a plus, but not required
