Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support two critical work streams within the Creators Marketing organization: paid media and creator education . This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise and hands-on execution, with responsibilities ranging from content strategy to managing cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution, with proven ability to manage timelines, agencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution for Creator University , the Amazon Creator program's education hub.

• Develop and manage content strategy, including creation, development, and deployment.

• Oversee design and UX agency deliverables, providing creative direction, feedback, and timeline management.

• Build and refine targeting and gating strategies for personalized education experiences.

• Partner with product teams to integrate AI-powered solutions into education management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
