The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives within an assigned vertical (HVAC, Plumbing, or Appliance Parts), helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation among contractor and trade professional audiences. This role is responsible for coordinating campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, print, and digital, while developing deep familiarity with the products, vendor partnerships, and manufacturers within their specialized industry.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Industry Marketing and collaborate with the centralized creative studio to bring marketing programs to life.
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by the Director of Industry Marketing, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards
- Coordinate and support local and regional events including counter days, customer appreciation events, trade shows, training sessions, and vendor-sponsored activities
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others as assigned, maintaining consistent brand voice and engagement
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Coordinate with the creative studio to develop print and digital marketing materials including flyers, sell sheets, promotional signage, digital ads, and sales collateral
- Monitor and report on social media analytics using Meta Business Suite, Linked In Analytics, and other platform tools to track engagement, reach, and campaign performance
- Maintain and update CRM records to support marketing campaigns, lead tracking, and customer communications
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners and manufacturer representatives within assigned vertical to coordinate co-branded marketing efforts and co-op funded programs
- Develop industry-specific product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and applications in marketing materials
- Support the development of promotional campaigns, seasonal programs, and product launches in coordination with category management and purchasing teams
