For our client, we are seeking a Customer Evidence Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will shape the customer evidence strategy that supports the sales process and strengthens how the organization communicates value in a competitive B2B environment. You will lead the editorial direction for a curated library of proof points, case materials, and sales-facing assets that help revenue teams move deals forward. In partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Marketing Operations, you will ensure the right evidence is available at the right time and that its impact is measured clearly.
This is an opportunity to influence revenue outcomes through a highly cross-functional content and enablement function.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $157,600 – $213,200 annually
Responsibilities- Identify and engage customer advocates, coordinating participation and managing approvals
- Set the editorial and creative direction for a customer evidence asset library
- Organize and maintain the sales content library, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance
- Conduct feedback sessions with Sales and Marketing to align on content needs and performance
- Ensure timely delivery of relevant evidence to sellers throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure evidence's impact on sales metrics
- Provide regular performance reports to Sales and Marketing teams on customer evidence
- 8+ years in B2B content marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement experience
- Proven track record of building and operating a customer evidence program actively utilized in sales cycles
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes and required evidence at each stage
- Experience working directly with account executives and SDRs to create effective content and enablement tools
- Creative/editorial background with the ability to direct agency partners and manage multiple projects
- Exposure to senior Sales and Marketing leadership within the organization
- Opportunity to directly influence revenue during a pivotal market shift
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and product divisions
