New Market Trading (NMT) is a non-custodial digital asset advisory platform. Clients hold their own assets in ERC-4337 smart accounts built on Safe.

Global smart contracts - technology that already secures $100B of assets; NMT manages strategy on a discretionary basis. Minimum account size is $100,000. Client acquisition runs on a high-ticket model: paid traffic and content feed a funnel that books qualified calls with a trained sales team. NMT is a fully remote, international company.

NMT is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing across two equally weighted mandates: direct response acquisition and brand management. The CMO reports to the Chief Executive Officer, leads the existing marketing team, and is accountable for marketing-sourced revenue growth. The core commercial objective is to grow monthly new-client sales from roughly $500K to more than $2M per month within 6 months.

The role is open to fractional or full-time engagement depending on the candidate.

• Own paid acquisition end to end, including media buying, ad creative, landing pages, webinar and VSL assets, and email and SMS follow-up.
• Own funnel economics: cost per booked call, customer acquisition cost, and payback period. Scale spend as unit economics allow; ad spend currently runs near a third of revenue.
• Partner with sales leadership on show rates, lead quality, and offer feedback. The CMO owns everything up to the live call.

• Own positioning, website, content, public relations, and design standards across all channels.
• Maintain a brand appropriate to a high-minimum financial product: institutional in tone, precise in its claims, and consistent with NMT's monochrome visual identity.
• Ensure all public-facing claims are accurate and defensible, and that campaigns operate within financial promotion compliance requirements.

• Lead, develop, and where necessary restructure the existing marketing team.
• Recruit and hire to fill capability gaps; maintain a high performance bar.
• Run a weekly operating cadence with clear metric ownership for each team member.

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated track record running direct response funnels at $350K+ in monthly ad spend for high-ticket, call-based offers, with direct accountability for CAC and payback.
• Brand leadership experience in a category where trust drives the purchase decision, such as investing, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong writing ability and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Working knowledge of compliance constraints on financial promotion.

• Crypto or DeFi marketing experience.
• Experience marketing to investors or high-net-worth audiences.

$150K to $500K+ OTE. Depending on depth of experience. Performance-linked components drive earnings and equity is available for full-time engagement.
