• Manage Word Press website updates, including creating pages, uploading content, and maintaining the site
• Publish monthly newsletter content on the website and generate live links for email distribution
• Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, aligned with newsletter themes and company services
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand content direction and create visual and written posts
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms using provided templates and guidelines
• Propose social media strategies and tactics to increase engagement and reach
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility and search rankings
• Monitor website performance and address technical issues
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting aligned with business priorities
• Adapt content creation across industries and service offerings as the business evolves

• Proven experience managing Word Press websites and publishing content
• Strong social media content creation skills
• Demonstrable SEO knowledge and practical experience
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple ongoing tasks
• Excellent written communication skills, with attention to brand voice and consistency
• Comfortable working flexible hours within Eastern Time business hours
• Experience adapting content across multiple industries or client types

• Part-time role with 20 work hours per week Monday-Friday, flexible within 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time
