Smm manager for EdTech

Negentrix Holding is an educational company that helps people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment. Its educational brands train students for in-demand professions and support their professional integration, while MBI-Akademie focuses on vocational education for Pflege professions and career development in Germany’s healthcare sector.

• Develop and maintain the social media content plan
• Coordinate content production by preparing tasks and briefs for copywriters and designers
• Publish posts and stories according to the content plan
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and key metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation
• Develop and test content and marketing hypotheses
• Monitor competitors, trends, and new social media formats
• Respond to incoming Direct messages and communicate with the audience on behalf of the brand
• Manage comments under brand posts and content published by partner bloggers
• Identify and collect potential leads from social media and transfer them to the Sales team
• Conduct Direct outreach to new followers to start conversations and generate leads
• Work with the existing subscriber base and develop audience reactivation activities
• Set up and manage Telegram bot campaigns, including reactivation campaigns and event announcements
• Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements based on results
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style across social media channels

• 3+ Years of experience in SMM or a similar role
• Strong understanding of SMM metrics and ability to analyze results and turn them into actionable conclusions
• Experience developing and managing content plans and coordinating content production
• Experience working with copywriters, designers, and other content specialists, including task setting and feedback
• Understanding of how to connect content, audience engagement, and lead generation
• Experience working with Direct messages, social media communities, and inbound leads
• Excellent written Russian and ability to communicate naturally and professionally with an audience on behalf of a brand
• Experience with mailings, chatbots, or subscriber databases, or ability to quickly learn the required tools
• Strong attention to detail, systematic approach, and responsibility for deadlines
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and propose new ideas
• Nice to have: experience in EdTech, education, or vocational training, experience working with international brands or international audiences, experience with lead generation through social media, experience working with products with a longer decision-making cycle, experience with Telegram bots and audience reactivation campaigns, experience working with several brands or social media channels simultaneously, German.

• Part‑time position — Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
