YMCA of Yonkers seeks a Director of Teen Center and Youth Development to lead day-to-day operations of the Teen Center and related youth initiatives for ages 12–21 in Yonkers, NY. You will oversee OASAS-funded programming, ensure compliance, and drive engaging, trauma-informed, youth-centered activities.
The role reports to the Chief of Staff, supervises counselors and interns, and collaborates across community partners to promote positive youth development and workforce readiness.
