BAXTER ST at CCNY seeks a warm, outgoing, and highly organized Individual Giving Manager to support individual fundraising and donor cultivation for a fast-growing and influential arts nonprofit.
Working closely with the Executive Director and Advancement Officer, this position will help actively identify, engage, cultivate, and steward new and existing philanthropic funding sources, with a focus on individual donors. The Individual Giving Manager will help advance BAXTER ST’s strategic priorities and contribute to the organization’s long-term sustainability by growing and sustaining a diverse community of supporters.
Compensation and Benefits:
$50, annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Medical insurance subsidy after 90 days employment
Hybrid work environment (4 days in office; 1 day from home)
Two-weeks paid annual leave
