CRNA Opportunity - Westchester County, New York Clinical Role
Permanent, full-time CRNA position
Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Join a collaborative anesthesia team serving the Westchester region
Position is in collaboration with the Montefiore Department of Anesthesia
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-5:00p

Practice in a patient-centered, team-based anesthesia care model
Work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and perioperative staff
The CRNA serves as an integral member of the anesthesia care team, delivering safe, high-quality anesthetic care across a wide range of surgical and diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include pre-anesthetic assessment, anesthesia administration, continuous monitoring, and post-anesthesia care. The role emphasizes vigilance, communication, and collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide anesthesia services for a broad range of patients and procedures
Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Continuously monitor patients' physiological status during procedures
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing, and perioperative teams
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
Current, unencumbered New York State RN and/or APRN license
Board certified or board eligible CRNA
Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality care
EMR: Meditech

Salary range: $240,000-$250,000 annually
