Richmond Community Services (RCS), a trusted nonprofit serving Westchester County’s developmentally, intellectually, and behaviorally challenged community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our Yonkers Intermediate Care Facility
.

Work 12-hour shifts in a supportive environment where your clinical skills and care truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, bedside care, and documentation
• Ensure safety, dignity, and high-quality care for all residents
• Collaborate closely with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams
• Use your full scope of practice to make a daily impact

What You Bring:

• NYS LPN license (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• New grads welcome! Training and mentorship available
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-first attitude
