Description
  • We are seeking a dedicated Allergy Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding outpatient team in Grassy Sprain, NY.
  • This full-time position requires varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience or a strong interest in managing allergic and immunologic conditions, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
  • Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
  • Administer and monitor allergen and oral immunotherapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
  • Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records.
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
  • Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • 1–2 years of allergy, immunology, or primary care experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Compassionate and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
