DaVita is seeking an organized RN to manage Home Hemodialysis (HHD) patients in Yonkers, NY. You will educate patients and caregivers so they can perform dialysis at home, blending clinical care with education and case management.
This role may cross-train in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with no weekends or holidays. You will cover the Westchester area as needed.
