Job Summary:

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, is now hiring dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. As a Full-time or Part-time Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment where nurses thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily clinical tasks.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care environment.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio
  .
• Current CPR certification.

Skills and Attributes:

• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and state/federal long-term care regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Organized, dependable, and resident-focused.
