The Coronary Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will support nursing operations within a 250+ bed, full-service acute care hospital offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. This Cardiac Critical Care Assistant Nurse Manager will work in a high-acuity environment caring for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions requiring continuous monitoring and specialized interventions. Advanced technology, coordinated care pathways, and nationally recognized cardiac services allow the hospital to deliver sophisticated cardiovascular treatment.

The Assistant Nurse Manager CCU will help maintain exceptional standards for cardiac nursing quality, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and compassionate care.

Reporting to the Nights CCU Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager Coronary Care Unit will support staffing, departmental operations, quality outcomes, budgets, and continuous patient care oversight. This Cardiac ICU Assistant Nurse Manager will mentor friendly nurses and collaborate with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, technicians, and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Assistant Nurse Manager CCU will promote evidence-based cardiac care, staff development, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and service excellence.

Qualified Coronary Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager candidates will hold a BSN, an active New York RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of relevant acute or critical care experience, with ACLS and specialty or CNML certification obtained as required.
