Here’s What You Need
- Nursing Diploma Nursing is required Or
- Associate's Degree Nursing is required Or
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing is preferred
- 3 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is required
- 8 Years Experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting; preferred PCU or ICU experience is preferred
- Experience in inpatient adult acute care (not procedure areas, not neonates) is strongly preferred.

- Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And - CPR
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Every 2 years. Obtains within 30 Days is required - Able to promote patient safety and a positive patient experience
- Flexible and comfortable with a changing and dynamic work environment and schedule across all days

- Ability to use technology in addition to Epic
- The Virtual Care RN is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to various patient populations and includes the following key elements:
- Utilizing monitoring, assessment, planning, intervention and critical thinking skills to care for acute care patient populations
- Providing evidence based, patient-centered assessment, medication management, care coordination, education, discharge planning and interventions for diverse patient populations and clinical conditions
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements for Sentinel Events and Serious Incidents
- Compliance with regulatory, department, channel, state and federal requirements
