2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, are hiring part‑time Sales Specialists. This role is focused on recommending Meta products to retail shoppers and providing an interactive and informative shopping experience.
About the RoleYou will be the go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, build relationships in a retail environment, and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. The role requires a technology‑first mindset and the ability to work closely with both customers and store staff.
Key Responsibilities- Engage customers and demonstrate Meta gadgets, helping them see how the products enhance their lives.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the appropriate Meta product.
- Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and maintain a welcoming approach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
- Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively.
- Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and support a positive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device.
- Work primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts and adapt to local retail store environments while adhering to all operational policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
- Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
- Ownership of a smartphone with an operating system equivalent to an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and grab up to 20 lbs occasionally; accommodations may be made for disabilities.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
