Bloomingdale's Inc. in the City of Yonkers is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to enhance customer experience through effective support in order fulfillment and service delivery. You will be responsible for assisting in Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities, handling merchandise returns, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the store.
The ideal candidate must possess strong multitasking abilities and a customer-first mindset, ready to contribute positively to teamwork and store operations. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays required.
