Retail Sales Manager

Carter's is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead store operations and a high-performing sales team within our family-focused, children's apparel brand. In this role, you will oversee daily store performance, drive sales through merchandising and promotional execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for parents and families. You will recruit, train, and coach associates, manage scheduling and payroll to meet labor targets, and analyze sales reports to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

This role partners closely with corporate teams on product launches, visual standards, and brand initiatives while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture focused on service and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations and ensure smooth, efficient execution
• Drive sales results through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling
