We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Yonkers, NY.
Position OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Generate new sales leads and support business development initiatives
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to meet client needs
- Must have knowledge of building supplies
- 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus and Excel
