Job Overview

Retail Sales Consultant – MWT | AT&T Authorized Retailer – Full‑time retail sales associate position with immediate hiring. Compensation ranges from $42,109 to $104,243 with an unlimited commission potential.

• Assist customers in checking and upgrading services, including cellular and home offerings.
• Recommend and sell cellular devices, accessories, and service packages.
• Process sales transactions and activations using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain store presentation and product displays.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history & success in Retail Sales or a customer‑facing business.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours a week, travel to local events, set up and tear down displays, and remain on feet all day.
• A passion for helping people.
• Confidence in earning more than current compensation.
• Grit – discipline to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
• Dynamic, positive personality that energizes others.
• A desire for professional growth, including potential future leadership and store management roles.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
