About the RoleWe are expanding our North American commercial team and are seeking an experienced hospitality sales professional to drive new business growth and strategic partnerships across the hotel sector. This is a high-impact role focused on enterprise relationship development, brand positioning, and commercial execution within a dynamic and growing global organization.
Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities across hotel ownership groups, management companies, and branded operators
- Develop strategic territory growth plans leveraging existing industry relationships and market intelligence
- Engage senior hospitality decision makers including General Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Procurement Leaders, Brand Executives, and Ownership Groups
- Lead on-property presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through implementation and account growth
- Represent ADA Cosmetics at industry events, brand meetings, and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and customer success teams to ensure seamless program launches
- Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting within CRM systems
- Proven B2B sales experience within hospitality, hotel supply, procurement, amenities, or related sectors
- Strong relationships within hotel ownership groups, management companies, or branded operators
- Track record of closing enterprise level agreements and driving sustained revenue growth
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
- Commercial mindset with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multi-state or national territories preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
