The Clinical Sales Specialist supports the growth of a specialized clinical business focused on improving outcomes for patients with chronic lymphatic and adipose disorders. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue through new business development, key account support, and clinical education, while serving as a trusted liaison between clinicians, customers, and internal teams. The position combines clinical expertise with consultative sales execution in a highly collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Grow regional revenue through new business development, key account management, and ongoing customer support across a defined territory.
  • Deliver clinical education, in-servicing, and product training to healthcare professionals using a variety of presentation formats.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person customer engagements to assess clinical needs and demonstrate appropriate product solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Support market development initiatives, product launches, and competitive intelligence efforts within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product management, and training teams to execute regional strategies.
  • Monitor and execute quarterly business plans, including forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Provide internal clinical expertise and assist in coaching or educating cross-functional team members.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues by coordinating effective solutions with internal partners.
  • Maintain timely, accurate communication and documentation in alignment with organizational standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical field required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in areas such as lymphedema therapy, vascular care, wound care, or related specialties (certification preferred).
  • Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales preferred; some sales exposure required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability and judgment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region approximately 40–60%.
