We're hiring a VP of Sales for a category-defining enterprise AI platform empowering the world's leading creative organizations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company at a pivotal stage and build the commercial organization that will drive its next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

As VP of Sales, you'll own the company's enterprise go-to-market strategy, evolving sales from a founder-led motion into a scalable, high-performing organization. You'll work closely with the executive team to define commercial strategy, win strategic enterprise customers, and build a world-class sales function.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys closing transformational deals while developing the systems, processes, and team needed to support long‑term growth.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the global enterprise sales strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization
  • Develop a predictable and scalable enterprise sales engine
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and the executive team to accelerate growth
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise opportunities and executive relationships
  • Recruit, coach and mentor top commercial talent
  • Establish sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management and performance metrics
  • Represent the company with enterprise customers, strategic partners and at industry events
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS sales in a high-growth environment
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing B2B sales teams
  • Experience selling complex software solutions into enterprise organizations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven, commercially minded and highly execution-focused
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, founder-led environments
  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies is a significant advantage
